Born in Yamaguchi City on December 21, 1982, alto sax player Tokunaga now lives in Tokyo. His CD Alto Saxophone, released in December 2009 on the Slub Music label, was highly praised. He controls overtones, and produces feedback- and electronic noise-like sound from the saxophone.
