With Taku Unami and Masahiko Okura, Sugimoto organizes the almost-monthly Chamber Music Concert at Loop-Line in Sendagaya, and the irregular Taku Sugimoto Composition Series at Kid Ailack Art Hall in Meidaimae. He runs the label slubmusic, which in addition to Sugimoto's own recordings releases CDs by Taku Unami, Kazushige Kinoshita, Radu Malfatti, Antoine Beuger, and others.

Moe Kamura (right)
Kamura began her career in 1980, performing in plays and films, singing her own songs at live music venues, and so on. In '86, she and Chan Koyo formed the band Hatorapikara, which released a live CD in '90. After a career break, Kamura resumed her musical activity in 2002. Since then, she has played and collaborated with many outstanding performers and musicians. The year 2007 saw the launch of the project Taku Sugimoto and Moe Kamura.
