Leo Okagawa and Ayami Suzuki, both Tokyo residents, have been intermittently playing improvisation as a duo since 2020. Undercurrent/Wanderlust, a recording of their duo performances at the Tokyo venues Ftarri and Permian in autumn 2020, was released on the French cassette label Falt in March 2021.
Okagawa and Suzuki gave a concert at Ftarri on September 12, 2021. First they each played a solo, and at the end they performed as a duo. That duo improvisation performance is documented on this album in one 39-minute track.
